Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions set out below apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully as using the website and placing orders from it indicates acceptance all of them,Returns & Replacement and delivery etc.
All accepted orders are classed only when they have been shipped, unless we have already informed you that we do not confirm your order or you have cancelled it.
If  that we are unable to supply  the whole order or some of the goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will only charged for the delivering goods.
We always assure the production of goods as accurately and accordingly the colors & images or designs of our products that appear on the website or as per sample. However, due to the limits of digital photography and as the actual colors & images you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. However we do offer a guarantee should you not be happy. See our Returns Policy section.
Whilst we endeavor to provide accurate prices and descriptions, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming or canceling or compensation about the order
We have made and will continue to make every effort to make as accurately as possible the weight of our products that are commited. However, due to the limits we cannot guarantee to 100% accurate weight of products.
We will not be responsible for any local taxes, duties or any other charges outside our country (Pakistan).some time it can be imoposed.
From time to time we may e-mail or send you promotional offers. Promotion Codes tell us which promotion or special offer you are entitled to claim with your order. The order code is for you personally and remains the property of the company at all times. Unless otherwise stated order codes can be used once only. If you place more than one order using the same order code, only your first order will be accepted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur through your account
The contract between us shall be governed by the Law of Pakistan.

please note Sport equipment is not guaranteed against breakage and/or damage during shipping. Once an item is used it is not returnable. Shipping cost is your responsibility.
